The second segment of March 7th’s WCVB On The Record Sunday Roundtable. Mary Anne Marsh and Rob Gray discuss the Andy Card interview and former President Donald Trump’s role in future GOP politics. Mary Anne Marsh states that politics “shouldn’t be ruled by the mob.” However, Rob Gray agrees with Card’s claim that Trump is a member of the “narcissist party.”

Also in this segment, Massachusetts teachers will finally begin to get COVID-19 vaccines. Governor Baker claims to have waited to dole out vaccines due to a limited supply. Mary Anne Marsh thinks the delay is inconsiderate of essential and frontline workers.

Finally, Colonel Christopher Mason is accused of playing favorites towards close friends up for promotion. This is the latest in a number of recent scandals involving the Massachusetts Police Department. Rob Gray fears a massive shift in control may be the only answer.
